Information we may process

We aim to keep website data collection limited. The website does not currently provide user accounts, behavioural advertising or website analytics.

• Information you send to us. If you contact UnifyOps by email, we may process your name, email address, organisation, role and the information contained in your message or subsequent correspondence.
• Technical information. Normal web infrastructure may process information required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information and server/security logs.
• Third-party content delivery. The website currently uses Google Fonts. Requests for those font resources are made by your browser to Google and may include technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser/operating-system information and referring page.

Why we use personal information

We process personal information only where there is a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and responding to business, partnership or research enquiries;
• taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or managing a business relationship; and
• complying with legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.

We do not use website visitor information for behavioural advertising or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing and service providers

We may use hosting, infrastructure, communications and other service providers where necessary to operate the website or respond to enquiries. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We do not sell personal information.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

UnifyOps does not currently use cookies for website analytics, behavioural profiling or advertising. The site may rely on technical services used to deliver or secure web content. Our current use of Google Fonts does not, according to Google, set or log cookies, although normal font requests transmit technical request information to Google's servers.
